Booking Policy

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid a $20 late fee being accessed. No time will be extended if you are late, unless you pay for additional time (if it is available)

All appointments can be made within 24 hours of your desired date and time, and at least 60 days in advance. All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit fee to secure your date and time. This fee goes toward the price of your service.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us 72 hours prior of your appointment date and time in order to use your deposit fee for another date and time.
If your cancellation occurs within 72 hours of your appointment, the deposit fee is non-transferable.

In some instances, we realize unfortunate or unexpected circumstances arise, and if this occurs, please CONTACT US so we can try to accommodate your situation. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, visit the BOOKING PAGE and log in with your credentials. If you did not create a login account (we encourage everyone to do so), then please send a send a TEXT or an EMAIL, and provide your name, date of appointment and type of service.
